1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 678vd, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all wallet and account management features. These terms should be read alongside the 678vd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use any 678vd services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a 678vd account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Management

Each registered player is responsible for maintaining their 678vd account in accordance with these terms. The following account management rules apply at all times:

• One Account Per Person: Only one active account is permitted per individual, per household, and per shared device. If duplicate accounts are identified, 678vd may merge, suspend, or close them at its discretion.
• Accurate Personal Information: Your registered name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details must accurately reflect your real identity. Mismatches between registration data and verification documents may result in withdrawal holds.
• Account Currency: All 678vd accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Chargebacks initiated against 678vd deposits without prior contact with support will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 678vd — including sports pre-match markets, live in-play markets, live casino table games, slots, and crash games — are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 678vd. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets affected by integrity concerns, technical errors, or manifest pricing errors.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if it is placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined window, or affected by a demonstrable technical fault in odds generation. Void bets are refunded to the player's wallet.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Network delays affecting a player's ability to place a bet do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Maximum Winnings: 678vd applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings calculated above the applicable limit will be capped at that limit.
• System / Combination Bets: For accumulator or system bets, if one or more legs are declared void, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections at the applicable odds.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or slot session, all affected rounds are considered void and any stakes not processed will be refunded. 678vd's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

11 Limitation of Liability

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 678vd platform for any reason, including planned or unplanned maintenance downtime.

12 Termination

678vd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Identification of a player as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.

Upon termination for breach, 678vd may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 678vd support. Voluntary closure does not affect your obligations under these terms for activity prior to closure.

13 Privacy & Data
